From your design brief to a ready-to-ship order:
(1) send your specs or sketch;
(2) we confirm feasibility and 3D render;
(3) produce a sample in 3–5 days;
(4) you approve, we run 30% deposit;
(5) batch production 25–35 days with a 7-point QC pass;
(6) we ship via your freight forwarder or ours.

Samples take 3–5 working days and ship worldwide by air. Mass production runs 25–35 days; custom OEM designs add 7–10 days for mold development. Standard MOQ is 50 pcs per design; flexible MOQs are available for repeat buyers.

Small trial orders ship by FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT. Large orders go by sea or air freight. Payment: T/T — 30% deposit before production, balance before shipment. Breakage within 3 days of receipt is covered by our free-replenishment policy (2–5% loss allowance).
